The Glam Lab – Beauty Masterclasses

The Glam Lab is a training concept by a dynamic duo with over ten years of experience: makeup artist Ida Merikallio and master-level hairstylist Linnéa Vesala. Together, they take participants into the world of professional glam salons. Both Merikallio & Vesala have built extensive beauty industry experience both in Finland and internationally — from client work to photoshoots, fashion shows, pageants, and fashion weeks.

Pro-level makeup training: skin prep, color theory, highlighting & contouring, quick & impactful eye techniques, and filter-free finishing.

Pro-level hairstyling training: hair handling, base work and texture control, curling techniques, trendy styling, and professional finishing.

Style Masterclass – Find Your Own Style

The Style Masterclass is a training concept led by creative director and designer Ringa Määttä, who brings her vision and expertise from the worlds of fashion and art. With a strong background in design and creative direction, she guides participants into the core of personal style and meaningful self-expression. Ringa has built extensive experience in the fashion industry both in Finland and internationally from tailored design work to curated artistic experiences, fashion shows, and creative collaborations. Her mission is to make fashion more visible, appreciated, and accessible, one creation at a time.

Style foundations: colors and their influence, body shapes and forms, materials – comfort, aesthetics, and sustainability, dress codes for different occasions, and why quality shows, feels, and lasts.

Seasonal insights: inspiration and practical tips for building a capsule wardrobe, recommendations for both everyday and occasion wear, and the cornerstones of seasonal dressing.

Responsible & holistic fashion: ethical choices, transparency of materials, design solutions that extend a garment’s lifecycle, the role of conscious consumption, and the personal value of clothing as a carrier of stories and emotions
